Our program is designed to provide a real-life experience that could be similar to what you may be able to do at home, if you had the time and motivation. We’re not a luxurious spa retreat or an escape.
Whistler Fitness Vacations is a weight loss boot camp that attracts women from around the world who want to achieve permanent weight loss – the healthy way. They have made the decision to invest in themselves and commit to their health goals holistically. While other programs may promise a quick fix, we value hearty meals and soulful exercise in a way that feels good enough to continue – long after your stay.
Forget fad diets – our eating plan includes healthy amounts of a variety of foods without eliminating food groups. Our secret to permanent weight loss success is to work with your body, not against it. We designed your diet to be rich in foods that will stop, and possibly even reverse the damage done by an unhealthy one. We’ve found that the weight comes off much faster this way!
One thing that is important to know is that permanent weight loss takes time. We stress to our guests that they will need to continue on The Planet Friendly Diet principals long after their stay so that their brain’s metabolic messaging system has time to heal. This is an entire cellular cycle of 90 days.

Our weight loss boot camp teaches you how to be healthy, and stay that way. By learning the benefits of each workout and how to do it properly, you will start to feel independent enough to integrate this into your life at home. Additionally, our nutrition tutorials and workshops will help you modify The Planet Friendly Diet into your own tastes and preferences.
Surrounded by an amazing team, you’ll quickly fall in love with exercise and living positively. The athletic mentality will quickly connect with you. As you push through the many steps, peddles, paddles and kick ass workouts you will instantly feel healthier.
