Unlock your potential! Cat Smiley’s trademarked kick ass workouts™ are acclaimed for their innovation, creativity and adaptability. During your stay at Whistler Fitness Vacations, every day will include up to six hours of activity per day, customized by our Fitness Director based on your fitness level, range of motion, energy and physical ability.

Kick ass workouts™ are adapted each week to reflect the fitness and abilities of participants. They are mostly low-impact, but high impact classes are also offered for those who are up to it! While classes are mostly scheduled outside, if extra modification is needed they will be run in a small group private training format (no more than 4 guests in your session) at our beautiful partnership health club. Master new skills, push your physical limits and elevate your perception of what you can achieve. You’ll never feel left out, or left behind.

Cat Smiley has put her favorite kick ass workouts™ on the schedule: Learn to Run, Jump School™, The Original Boot Camp™, Mindful Stretch, Water Boot Camp and Weight Training Workshops.

If you’ve always wanted to get back to running but feel stuck in a fast walk, this workshop will be truly transformative. Especially designed for those with knee or hip injuries, you’ll learn the adaptive form for gentle jogging that will elevate your heart rate without putting pain or discomfort on your joints.

Release your inner super woman with this high impact sports conditioning workout! One of the most empowering classes offered at Whistler Fitness Vacations, Jump School uses a variety of equipment that makes your workout feel like play! This class is offered for injury-free guests who are ready for high intensity workouts.

Our stretch classes are anything but boring! Learn the smartapproach to staying flexible with our easy-to- follow routines.Increase sport mobility and breathing control while achieving multi-region positions designed to improve posture and prevent injury. Classes are often with inspiring music and modified for those with restrictions or limited flexibility.

Embrace elements of basic training while strengthening your mind, body and spirit. Challenge yourself through lunges, squats, kicks and exercises that will torch calories. Learn new moves but leave your ego back at your lodging. This intensely addictive workout will take determination, grit and courage, but you’ll always come back for more!

This high intensity, zero impact class uses barbells, buoyancy belts and resistance fins for truly a kick ass workout. We keep your head above water and your heart in the cardio zone throughout this outdoor class. The forgiving water environment lets you sprint, jump and do exercises that you never thought possible.

In this hands-on workshop, guests are introduced to techniques and form for different body weight exercises. Using just 6 feet of floor space, all movements are scaled to the current strength level of the participant. Learn how to push, dip, stabilize, bend and challenge your body. Simple moves that will tone and strengthen you faster than you can say boot camp.

Often you’ll travel by foot or bike to these amazing outdoor classes, burning extra calories while enjoying Whistler’s terrain. We have up to four paces for our guided cardio adventures, so you’ll always feel comfortable.

Each day you’ll be immersed in new workouts that will evolve with you. As the weeks go by you’ll find yourself gaining confidence and feeling stronger every day.
