One of the most comprehensive spas in Canada is conveniently located in-house, at Whistler Fitness Vacations base lodging (Westin Resort and Spa). Choose from over 75 treatments, from facials and body wraps, through to hot rock massages. Indulge in a well-deserved pedicure, with friendly staff, Japanese designed chairs and imported Vichy showers for hydrotherapy treatments.
A trip to the Scandinave Spa includes soaking in the age-old Finnish tradition of soothing outdoor baths, warming in an eucalyptus steam room, and finishing with a freezing cold outdoor shower. It sounds terrifying, but that’s part of the adventure!

For just the right balance of clinical treatment and a relaxing detox retreat experience that is easy to fit into your weekly fitness program while in Whistler. Located across the street from our main lodging, Blue Highways has all kinds of massage therapies; deep tissue, hot stone, relaxation.
This is a great place, also located across the street from the Cascades lodge. Services include: Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Naturopathic Medicine, Massage and Osteopathy.
The West Coast is famous for it’s love of yoga, and is even where Lululemon clothing all began. Yogacara is a small studio with no more than 13 students per class, open from 8am until late. Find them on Sundial Place, center village. There are several other yoga practices in Whistler that are a short taxi away, and the Lululemon store often hosts classes in the weekends. We highly recommend yoga as part of your fitness routine.
