During your stay at Whistler Fitness Vacations, every day will include up to five hours of coached activity per day, customized by our Fitness Director based on your fitness level, range of motion, energy and physical ability.
Kick ass workouts™ are adapted each week to reflect the fitness and abilities of participants. They are mostly low-impact, but high impact classes are also offered for those who are up to it! Master new skills, push your physical limits and elevate your perception of what you can achieve. You’ll never feel left out, or left behind.

Wake up. Kick Ass. Repeat! Thats how we roll here at Whistler Fitness Vacations. Whether you’re 75 or 20 years old, we’ve got the most amazing schedule line-up for you. You’ll travel by foot or bike to these amazing outdoor classes, burning extra calories while enjoying Whistler’s terrain. We have up to four paces for our guided cardio adventures, so you’ll always feel comfortable.
Each day you’ll be immersed in new workouts that will evolve with you. As the weeks go by you’ll find yourself gaining confidence and feeling stronger every day.
